Rob Mierau

Project Manager

Rob is highly detail-oriented and has a vast knowledge of building construction with a solid architectural background. He is responsible for design development, construction documents, and construction solutions. Rob develops construction solutions with drawings that construction firms find easy to understand and price accurately. He focuses to integrate construction techniques with design, creating a successful project outcome. He also facilitates the architectural process with his strengths in constructability, site design, and project delivery systems. He tailors the projects in a manner that accommodates multiple Contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers.

An experienced project architect who is steadfastly dedicated to servicing the needs of his companies’ clients in a variety of capacities. A passionate architect with creative ideas and approaches, coupled with logical, efficient methods to provide the client with the best value possible in each and every project. Todd has been involved as project team administrator on LEED projects, the latest being Wenger World Headquarters, in Sabetha, KS, which led to LEED Silver Certification in December of 2017.

Monte Taylor has a background in the design and construction of various manufacturing, commercial, pharmaceutical, laboratories, and industrial facility projects. His experience includes many large size projects across North America. Monte’s cross-discipline background allows him to develop projects that function efficiently along with having a design presence. Monte’s volunteerism is very strong in the Omaha community and with Boy Scouts of America.

Luz Marina Cabra, Associate AIA

 

Luz Marina (Luzma) Cabra is originally from Colombia, South America. She received her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Piloto University in Bogota, Colombia. Luzma moved to the United States in 2003 and started her architectural career working for an architectural group in West Palm Beach, FL. There she worked in commercial interior and exterior renovations as well as commercial building design. After moving to Lincoln, NE, Luzma began working for Architectural Etcetera where she has worked since 2013. Luzma is creative, professional, hardworking and detail oriented. Her strong work ethic combined with being bilingual helps her as she works closely with clients, engineers and construction personnel to complete designs successfully and see projects to completion. Luzma has extensive experience with AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and Sketchup.

Mitch is a highly motivated and hardworking individual with experience in a wide range of project types. He has been involved in many areas of Commercial Drafting for over 15 years. With this in mind, he makes decisions that are not only in the best interest of the project for today but also in the future. Mitch has lived in Nebraska all his life, growing up in Battle Creek, Nebraska. He graduated from Wayne State College with a degree in Planning and Design. In his spare time, Mitch likes to spend his time outdoors with family and friends, at the lake fishing/waterskiing and hunting.

Teresa is also is very active in the community, serving on the Cass County 4H council, Fair supernatant, Booster Club and on the Pastor Committee for the Local Methodist Church.
